As COVID-19 continues to evolve, we want to reassure you that we are taking precautions to keep our customers and employees safe. In following with our Provincial Government’s recommendations (BC’s Restart Plan – Step 3) effective July 1, 2021, we will operate based on our new safety plans. Masks are recommended, but not mandatory. 


Our office will continue to provide excellent customer service while remaining in compliance with these new guidelines.  


Our office is open however wait times may be longer.  We also encourage you to contact us by phone or email.

Please do not visit our offices if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms (mild or severe) for courtesy and safety of all:

  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Difficulty breathing/shortness of breath
  • Have travelled to any area with an ongoing spread of COVID-19
  • Live with someone who recently travelled to an area with an ongoing spread of COVID-19
  • Have been in contact with someone known to have COVID-19 or experiencing symptoms similar to the Flu or COVID-19


Our employees are advised to maintain recommended careful social distance, and follow proper hygiene protocols. If your preference is – for our staff to wear a mask while serving you, let us know and we will too.
